1:1 sessions incorporating a combination of techniques tailored to individual needs. Able to work with all age groups. CRB checked and a qualified teacher.

Session includes: Improving learning through identifying learning styles, showing children how to focus, spelling and learning strategies, building confidence and relationships, the power of positive language and whole brain integration exercises.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
NLP provides ways of helping anyone become more competent at what they do, more in control of their thoughts, feelings & actions, more positive in their approach to life & better able to achieve results.
Neuro: relates to the mind & how we think.
Linguistic: refers to language & how it affects us.
Programming: how we sequence and achieve our goals.
NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming was developed back in the 1970’s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP can be descrbed as a set of tools that aid communication. In human interaction the ability to communicate accurately is of foremost importance. If we can communicate accurately, we can influence people into our way of thinking and NLP can be extremely effective in the area of business and sales. Bandler and Grinder’s interest was, however, in the area of therapy and in the ability to influence a person to think differently. In order to develop NLP they studied eminent people in the field of therapy and discovered that although they all worked in completely different ways, they all fundamentally communicated in the same way. Bandler and Grinder developed many procedures and mental exercises that can be used to train ourselves and others to think in more positive ways and improve our performance in various areas of our lives through modelling those who are excellent at what we want to be excellent at in order to improve performance.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy can help people to overcome a wide range of habits, emotional problems and phobias. It can also dramatically improve performance in sports, exams and life.
Hypnotherapy can help with pain control but should only be used after consultation with a medical doctor. NB – The client is always in control and aware of what is happening to them during hypnosis.
